The Galaxy A53 5G design has been revealed via leaked renders
The Galaxy A53 5G will be slightly slimmer than its predecessor, but other than that, it will look quite similar. Its bezels will be quite thin, though the bottom bezel will be noticeably thicker than the rest. A display camera hole will be included, and it will be centered at the top. Four cameras will be included on the back of this phone, while the rear camera island will sit in the top-left corner. Samsung will place all the physical buttons on the right-hand side here, while the power / lock button will sit below the volume up and down keys. Samsung’s branding is visible on the back. Both black and white colors of the device are shown in these images. One thing you will notice here is that there is no 3.5mm headphone jack. The Galaxy A52 5G did include it, this phone does not. You’ll have to opt for a Type-C port, or Bluetooth.
This device will be thinner than its predecessor
The phone will be 8.14mm thick, 9.73mm counting the camera bump. The Galaxy A52 5G was 8.4mm thick. So, the difference will be unnoticeable, basically, but still, there you go. This handset is expected to feature the same 6.5-inch fullHD+ 120Hz display as its predecessor. This means we’re looking at a Super AMOLED panel with Gorilla Glass 5 protection. A 64-megapixel primary camera is also expected to be included, maybe even the same one from the Galaxy A52 5G, we’ll see. As for the rest of its specs, well, we’re not sure. Those specs may leak out soon, though. The Galaxy A52 5G was announced back in March this year, so it’s still a bit early for its successor to arrive. If Samsung is planning to launch this phone at the end of Q1 2022, then this leak did come quite early.
