Disney Plus allows you to create up to seven different profiles on your account. So you could share it with others outside of your home, but there is a chance that Disney Plus could cancel your account for that, since it is against theirs (and every other streaming service’s) terms of service. So be careful there. But here’s how you can delete a Disney Plus profile, and also how you can cancel your account.
How to delete a Disney Plus profile
To get started, log into your Disney Plus account either on the web, or on your mobile device. Next, tap on your profile icon.
Then tap or click on “Edit Profiles”. You’ll be asked to choose which profile you want to edit, so choose the one you want to delete. Now, at the bottom of the screen, you’ll see “Delete Profile” in blue text. Tap on that.
Next, Disney Plus will confirm that you’re sure you want to delete the profile. Just confirm that you do, and you’re good to go. That’s it. That’s all there is to deleting a Disney Plus profile. How to cancel Disney+
First things first, head to the Disney+ website here. If you try to cancel from the app on your smartphone or tablet, it’ll take you to the Disney+ website. So it’s just easier to start from the website instead of the app. Once you have signed into Disney+ on its website, select your profile. Then select Manage Account. Next select Cancel Subscription. Finally, select Complete Cancellation to confirm. And that’s it. Your account will not be cancelled and will not renew.
