First and foremost, let’s just say that the phone arrive in two colors. It is on offer in Golden Black and Cocoa Gold. The first model is predominantly black, but it has gold accents.
The Huawei P50 Pro specifications are headlined by the Snapdragon 888 SoC
The Huawei P50 Pro is fueled by the Snapdragon 888 SoC. Do note that you won’t be able to get 5G connectivity here, though. The device supports 4G connectivity only, due to the US ban. You will find 8GB of RAM inside of this phone, along with 256GB of storage. You cannot expand that storage, though, so keep that in mind. Huawei may offer more variants in other markets, though.
A 120Hz display is also a part of the package
The phone features a 6.6-inch 2700 x 1228 curved display (450 PPI). That is an OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. You’ll also be getting a 300Hz touch sampling rate here, and a centered display camera hole at the top.
The phone utilizes five cameras
A 50-megapixel True-Chrome camera (f/1.8 aperture, OIS) is this phone’s main camera. A 13-megapixel ultra-wide camera (f/2.2 aperture) is also included, as is a 40-megapixel True-Chroma camera (f/1.6 aperture, monochrome). The last camera on the back is a 64-megapixel telephoto unit (OIS, f/3.5 aperture, AF). A single 13-megapixel snapper (f/2.4 aperture, wide-angle) can be found on the front.
66W wired, and 50W wireless charging is supported
A 4,360mAh battery is also a part of the package here. The Huawei P50 Pro supports 66W Huawei SuperCharge fast wired charging. In addition to that, 50W Huawei SuperCharge wireless charging is also supported. A charging brick is included in the box. This handset is IP68 certified for water and dust resistance. It comes with two SIM card slots, Bluetooth 5.2, and an NFC chip. You’re also getting stereo speakers, and an in-display fingerprint scanner (optical). The Huawei P50 Pro measures 158.8 x 72.8 x 8.5mm, while it weighs 195 grams.
